Flavored Pancakes (Strawberry Vanilla Cinnamon)

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon powder and the strawberry flavored powder until they are all evenly mixed.
In another bowl, mix together the milk, water and oil together. Also add the vanilla extract to this, and mix well.
Transfer the wet ingredients mixture slowly to the dry flour mixture and mix well to form the pancake batter.
Heat a nonstick pan (grease with little oil or butter if needed), and pour one small ladle full of batter to the pan.
Allow the pancake to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes in medium heat until bubbles begin to appear on top and the bottom side is cooked well.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook on the other side too. Transfer the cooked pancake to a serving dish. Similarly cook all the pancakes until the batter is all over. Serve the delicious pancakes with maple syrup, honey, butter or fruit jam or anything you like!
