Since we use different flavors in this pancake recipe, you may slightly increase any of these flavors to your preference based on what flavor you like the best.
I used strawberry flavor powder to add the strawberry flavor and colorful pink hint to these delicious and simple to make pancakes.
So even if you do not have strawberries at home, you can make these simple and delicious pancakes using the strawberry flavored powder (this is not a sponsored post) and also other easily available ingredients.

I wanted to make strawberry pancakes for my kids and we didn’t have any strawberries at home, so I decided to try making these strawberry flavored pancakes using the strawberry flavored powder, which I had at my home.
However, you may also skip the strawberry flavor if you do not have it, to make cinnamon vanilla flavored pancakes which are already very delicious on it’s own!
They were so easy to make, delicious and colorful! These strawberry pancakes without eggs or real strawberries are perfect for an easy quick breakfast or you can make them anytime you want.
These pancakes are also good for brunch, snack or dinner! Moms & dads can even involve their kids to help you make these yummy pancakes as it is so much fun to pancakes with the kids. They love to make them and they love to enjoy them as well.
Different Flavors For Pancakes
You can add many different flavors to your pancakes easily.
In this flavored pancake recipe, we do not have strawberries, but we use strawberry flavor powder to add the srawberry flavor to the pancakes easily.
To get banana flavored pancakes, you may also try to use the banana flavor powder which is also available online.
You may adjust the amount of the strawberry powder if you want more or less of the strawberry flavor.
If you do not have the strawberry powder I used in this recipe also, you may skip the strawberry flavor to make simple vanilla cinnamon flavored pancakes or we can add strawberry flavor in many different ways.
You may use real strawberries, strawberry sauce, strawberry jam etc (will need to adjust the amount accordingly), or even use dried strawberry powder.
Another easy way to add strawberry flavor is to use strawberry extract or strawberry essence and you will need only a little amount of strawberry extract or essence to add the flavor.
The most popular and easy way to add flavor to any pancakes is to use vanilla extract and cinnamon powder.
Vanilla and cinnamon flavored combined is the best but you can use either of them alone as well to easily add flavors to your pancakes.
You can also use more fruit extracts like pineapple extract, almond extract etc (and many more) to add different kinds of flavors to your pancakes easily.
Even in this flavored pancake recipe, you may adjust the amounts of vanilla, cinnamon or strawberry to adjust the flavors as you please!

How To Make Homemade Flavored Pancakes?
To make easy, simple and delicious pancakes in different flavors, we use the following ingredients.
You may adjust the amount of vanilla extract, cinnamon powder or strawberry flavor slightly based on your preferences.

all purpose flour 1.5 cups
baking powder 1.5 teaspoon
milk 1.5 cups
water ½ cup
nestle nesquick strawberry flavored powder 2 tablespoons
oil 2 tablespoons
sugar 4 tablespoons
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
Steps To Follow (The Process)
In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon powder and the strawberry flavored powder until they are all evenly mixed.
In another bowl, mix together the milk, water and oil together. Also add the vanilla extract to this, and mix well.
Transfer the wet ingredients mixture slowly to the dry flour mixture and mix well to form the pancake batter.
Heat a nonstick pan (grease with little oil or butter if needed), and pour one small ladle full of batter to the pan.
Allow the pancake to cook for about 1 to 2 minutes in medium heat until bubbles begin to appear on top and the bottom side is cooked well.
Carefully flip the pancake and cook on the other side too. Transfer the cooked pancake to a serving dish.
Similarly cook all the pancakes until the batter is all over. Serve the delicious pancakes with maple syrup, honey, butter or fruit jam or anything you like!
