In a large skillet or frying pan, place the frozen broccoli florets.
Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of water and cook in medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes until the water from the frozen florets melt.
Once the water is all melted, add salt, lemon juice and garlic, mix well with the broccoli.
Cover with lid and cook in low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked and soft to your preference.
If there's no water left in the pan, you may sprinkle a little more water so the broccoli will be cooked without burning at the bottom of the pan.
Usually this is not necessary since there is enough water from the frozen florets.
Once it's cooked, open the lid, stir well and if there is any water content left in the pan, cook in medium heat until the water is all evaporated.
Once the water content is all gone, add the oil and stir fry the cooked broccoli for another 2 to 3 minutes until it's lightly browned.
You may add more garlic or shredded cheese or other seasonings of your preference as you desire.
Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot with rice or any meal for a delicious vegetable side dish!
