  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Peel the avocados and remove the seed from inside.
  • Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
