Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic or use 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt optional, adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the avocados and remove the seed from inside.
  • Scoop out the flesh of the avocados and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, garlic and lemon juice, mash using a potato masher or fork. You can taste the guacamole, and you mad add a little salt too if you want and mix well to combine.
    The garlic & lemon juice flavored simple and easy guacamole dip is ready to be served!

Notes

You don't have to make it like a paste, little chunks of avocados in the guacamole makes it more yummy!
Enjoy the garlic lemon flavored guacamole dip with nachos, chips, fries, bread toast, sandwich, burritos or rice or anything you want to dip it with or use as a yummy spread.
