- 16 oz frozen broccoli
- 1 large white onion sliced, may use red onion or yellow onion as you prefer
- salt adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice may use little more if needed
Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
Add the frozen broccoli to a baking casserole dish.
Add the sliced onions, salt, oil, spices and lemon juice, toss everything well using a spatula (If you find it difficult to mix frozen broccoli, you may thaw the broccoli by heating in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, but I usually just use the frozen broccoli without thawing unless its really hard to break the frozen clusters).
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until the broccoli and onions are roasted and beginning to brown!
Enjoy the easy, delicious and nutritious oven roasted seasoned broccoli and onions as a side dish for any meal including lunch or dinner!
