- 2 cups watermelon sliced (chilled or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries sliced (chilled or frozen)
- 1 large banana may use frozen sliced bananas for a thicker texture
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup milk chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
Place watermelon, strawberries and banana in a good quality blender.
Add the yogurt, honey, chilled milk and vanilla extract, blend until smooth.
Transfer to glass cups and serve immediately for best results!
If you want to save the watermelon smoothie for longer periods, it is a good idea to transfer the smoothie to ice cube trays and freeze in the freezer since smoothies tend to freeze well if stored properly.
