Caprese salad sandwich using summer favorite caprese salad using mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil leaves etc & toasted bread slices for a quick, easy breakfast or lunch!

Place the first slice of toasted bread slice on a serving plate.
Spread one tablespoon of ranch dressing on top of the bread slice.
Add 3 tablespoons of caprese salad on top of the bread slice. Make sure you include all ingredients in the salad evenly across the bread slice (tomatoes, cheese and basil).
Sprinkle little black pepper powder on top (if using).
Place the second slice of bread on top of the first bread slice, add the remaining ranch dressing on top.
Place the remaining 3 tablespoons of caprese salad on top of the second slice of bread as well. Also sprinkle little black pepper powder on top (if you wish).
Place the 3rd slice of toasted bread on top on the sandwich gently pressing down, make sure not to let the caprese salad ingredients fall out.
