- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 cup honey yogurt (if using plain yogurt, add honey for sweetness, I use homemade honey yogurt or sweetened yogurt with vanilla flavor)
- ½ cup whole milk may use little more to adjust to preferred consistency
Place the yogurt in a bowl or cup or jar (I used sweetened honey vanilla yogurt).
Stir well and add the chia seeds (add more yogurt if desired).
Also add the milk and stir again (And now add the vanilla and honey if you are using plain yogurt).
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate the contents overnight or about 12 hours. Stir well (right before serving) and serve chilled!
Optional ingredients if using plain yogurt:
honey 2 tablespoons (if using unsweetened yogurt)
vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
Once ready to serve, stir in more honey or top with fruits like raisins, sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries etc if you wish!
