This delicious pudding is made using ripe avocado, cocoa powder and creamy peanut butter as the main ingredients and sweetened using a natural sweetener like pure fresh maple syrup.

cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

creamy peanut butter 1 tablespoon

milk 2 cups chilled (may need to adjust the amount later if necessary)

pure fresh maple syrup ¼ cup (adjust to your preference for sweetness)

Step by step instructions

Remove the peel of the avocado, roughly slice into pieces and discard the pit.

Add the avocado slices to the blender. If you prefer to use frozen avocado slices, you can transfer the slices to a ziploc bag and freeze it in advance to use in the smoothie.

Also add cocoa powder, peanut butter and maple syrup.

Add the milk too to the blender and blend the contents until very smooth.

At this point, check the consistency of the smoothie and also check the sweetness.

If the smoothie is too thick to your preference, you may add little more milk (about ½ cup at a time) and blend again.

If the sweetness is less for your preference, you may add little more maple syrup or even add sugar or any other sweetener as you prefer.

If you add more sweetener or more milk, make sure to blend the smoothie again so the ingredients are well blended.
