If you are using any already salted ingredients, you have to keep that in mind while adding more salt to avoid making the salt too salty.

Easy Spinach Strawberry Salad Recipe With Cashews
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1.5 cups fresh baby spinach leaves or use regular spinach
- 1 cup cashew nuts raw or roasted unsalted cashews
- salt as required
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- Wash the strawberries and spinach leaves thoroughly. You may wash them in a vinegar solution if you like to make sure they are clean.
- Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and transfer it to a large bowl.
- Add the washed spinach leaves and cashews to the bowl and mix the contents together.
- Make a simple salad dressing by mixing together the salt, lime juice and olive oil together in a small bowl.
- Add this simple dressing to the salad and gently toss the salad to blend well with the dressing. You may add more oil or salt if you wish. Transfer the salad to a salad serving bowl, serve and enjoy!
