- heavy cream ¾ cup

step by step instructions to make vegetable fettuccine alfredo
Step 1 - Place the alfredo pasta noodles in the instant pot. You may break the noodles in half so you can fit them easily in the pot.
Step 2 - Add the salt and water, make sure the pasta is covered in water.
Step 3 - Now add the vegetables - frozen peas, baby carrots and baby spinach leaves on top.
Step 4 - Close the instant pot with lid in sealing position and cook in high pressure for 3 minutes.
Step 5 - Once the cooking is done, wait for a natural pressure release for about 12 minutes, after which you can carefully and gradually do a manual pressure release to release any remaining pressure.
Step 6 - Once the pressure is all released, carefully open the lid and add the heavy cream and cheese also to the instant pot. Gently stir everything to combine with the noodles! The delicious and creamy alfredo pasta is ready to serve!



how to store vegetable fettuccine alfredo?
You can store any leftovers in the fridge for another couple of days and reheat in the microwave oven easily. Since we used frozen peas in this pasta dish, I don't recommend storing the leftovers more than couple of days. However, if you use fresh peas instead of frozen, you may store the pasta freshly in the fridge for another 3 to 4 days if you store it properly!
