To make pumpkin spice milk, we use the following ingredients.

- pumpkin puree 2 tablespoons (I used canned pumpkin, you may use fresh too)
- water ½ cup
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- brown sugar 1 tablespoon
- pumpkin spice ½ teaspoon
- cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon
- vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- milk 2 cups

- Add the pumpkin puree to a saucepan.
- Also add water and mix well.
- Heat the mixture in medium heat (make sure to stir to avoid burning at the bottom of the saucepan) and once the mixture begins to boil, add pumpkin spice and cinnamon powder, mix well to combine with the pumkin syrup we are making.
- Also add the sugar and brown sugar, stir in to combine.
- Switch off the stove and allow the pumpkin syrup mixture to cool down a bit. Once it is cooled slightly, add milk and vanilla extract and mix in with the pumpkin mixture to make the delicious pumpkin milk.
- Transfer to glass cups or jars and serve the pumkin milk warm or chilled as you like!
- The pumpkin tends to settle down as the milk sits, so make sure to stir the milk when you are ready to serve!
