You may store this in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days or for even upto a week depending on how fresh the sour cream you used to make the dip!

Yes, you may freeze this sour cream dip for longer storage but sour cream or sour cream dip may not retain a creamy, smooth texture once it is frozen just like may other dairy products.

The cream may separate and may look curdle once it is defrost or thawed in the refrigerator for later use.

You will need to run it through a food processor or blender for best results though it won't be exactly the same as before.

If you are fine with the texture change that could happen to the dip, you may store the sour cream dip in ice cube trays for individual portions, which will make it easier for later use, and you may store this for upto about two months time period if stored properly.
