This easy baked apple oatmeal recipe using red delicious apples if full of apple cinnamon flavor and this make a delicious, easy and simple baked apple oatmeal recipe, perfect to be used for breakfast or an after school snack for kids who love oatmeal!

    Easy Baked Apple Oatmeal Recipe

This easy baked apple oatmeal recipe is free of sugar as I have added no white sugar in it, but used fresh and pure maple syrup to add sweetness to the baked oatmeal. This delicious and easy baked oatmeal recipe get its sweetness from pure maple syrup and fresh apples, while it get the irresistible flavor from cinnamon, apple and a little bit of ghee (you can use melted butter if you don't want to use ghee, which is clarified butter).

Apple cinnamon oatmeal is really popular, especially during fall season and also during summer when apples are really in season. You can also make easy, quick microwave oatmeal using apples and cinnamon and also vegan apple cinnamon oatmeal porridge on stove top! Applesauce with cinnamon and cinnamon applesauce muffins are two other fall favorite, easy recipes using apples and cinnamon flavor! Feel free to reduce the amount of butter or use vegetable oil if you want to cut down more calories. In fact, this easy baked apple oatmeal recipe is flexible and you may replace butter with oil & milk with dairy free plant based options like oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk etc if you want to keep it dairy free or vegan!

You can enjoy this recipe more like a light naturally sweetened dessert also! I have used pure maple syrup to sweeten the oatmeal, but that is completely your choice, feel free to use your favorite sweetener or reduce the amount of sweetener if you wish.
