how to make baked rotini mac and cheese?

We follow the below steps to make easy and creamy and delicious baked rotini mac and cheese!
step by step instructions used to maked baked rotini mac and cheese
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.
Step 2 - Layer the pasta in a single layer in an oven safe baking dish. I used two smaller baking pans so I divided the ingredients in half and added in both pans equally. But if you use a larger pan big enough to hold the cooked pasta (as there will be more contents as it gets baked), you can just layer all the pasta in a single layer in the larger pan and bake it in a single pan. As I said, I used two smaller pans, so I put half the amount of ingredients in one pan.
Step 3 - Once the pasta is placed in a single layer in the baking pan, sprinkle the salt and add water and milk.
Step 4 - Place the butter on top and place the baking pan in preheated oven. Since I used foil pans I kept the pans on top of a cookie sheet to hold them steadily.
Step 5 - Bake the pasta for about 30 minutes.
Step 6 - Once its done, open the oven, pull out the baking pans carefully, mix the cooked pasta using a fork (which helps retain the shape of the pasta without breaking them), add the shredded cheese and mix in gently to combine with the pasta evenly.
Step 7 - Place the pan back in the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 8 - Once this is done, the pasta is cooked and the cheese is melted nicely, carefully take the hot baking pans outside.
Step 9 - Now add the heavy cream also to the pasta, mix in to combine with the cheesy pasta (using a fork) to make the delicious, creamy mac and cheese! Serve immediately for best results!
