Is coffee banana milk healthy?

We do not use sugar or ice cream in this recipe, since it's naturally creamy and sweet from the bananas.

We use pure fresh maple syrup in the recipe which is a natural sweetener, so I believe this is pretty healthy compared to milkshakes with added ice cream and sugar.

However, keep in mind that it has caffeine too since we use coffee in it, so if you are trying to cut down coffee or caffeine in general, this may not be for you.

Can you make coffee banana milk vegan?

Yes, it is easy to make this recipe vegan.

Just replace the milk with any plant based milk like coconut milk, almond milk or oatmilk, whichever is your favorite.

Using coconut milk actually gives this banana and coffee milk a delicious tropical flavor as well!

For longer storage, you may transfer the milkshake to ice cube trays and store it in the freezer.

Can you make this drink without instant coffee powder?

Yes, you may make this drink using cold brewed coffee as well.

If you have brewed coffee, bring it down to room temperature and chill in the refrigerator until it's cold.

Then add one cup of brewed coffee, one large banana and also one cup of milk or cream to the blender (along with sugar or sweetener of your choice) to make delicious drink.

Making the drink with brewed coffee will yield a more larger serving, since the coffee already contains water and we also needs to add milk to make the milkshake.

Another option to make the drink without instant coffee powder and without cold brewed coffee is to use coffee ice cream, if you have it at home.

If you have coffee ice cream, you can blend one scoop of coffee ice cream with one cup of milk and one banana (with enough sugar or sweetener) to make the drink.

Can you make this without banana?

If you just want a delicious blended milk coffee without banana, you may skip the banana in the ingredients.

If you want to add banana flavor without using real bananas, you can use banana ice cream or banana milkshake powder (follow the package instructions for how much milkshake powder you will need for one serving) instead.

Below you can get the recipe for this creamy and delicious sugar free banana drink in detail.
