To make instant pumpkin spice coffee latte, we use instant coffee powder.
Instant coffee is easy to make and you can use it to make instant coffee without coffee maker as well as other delicious coffee drinks like this pumpkin coffee latte or coffee milkshake, instant apple cinnamon coffee drink, instant cold coffee, coffee banana milkshake, and more!
However, if you do not have instant coffee powder, you still can make this delicious homemade pumpkin spice latte by using cold brewed coffee or espresso as you prefer.
Just brew the coffee in advance, and use in this recipe and reduce the amount of milk a bit, to adjust the consistency of the drink.

I have made this pumpkin drink simple and plain without adding any extra whipped cream on top.
But if you are preparing for guests for holidays or if you want to make this drink more rich, you can go ahead and top this latte with some whipped cream as you like.

How To Make Instant Pumpkin Spice Coffee Latte?
To make easy, simple and delicious instant pumpki spice coffee latte, we use th following ingredients.

whole milk 1 cup
heavy cream 2 tablespoons
instant coffee powder ¾ teaspoon (adjust to your preference)
pumkin puree 2 tablespoons (I used canned pumpkin)
pumpkin pie spice ½ teaspoon (plus more for topping)
cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon (plus more for topping)
brown sugar 2 teaspoons (adjust to taste, you may use maple syrup, honey or regular sugar as well)
vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
Step by step instructions
Add the milk and heavy cream to a good quality blender.
Also add pumpkin puree, instant coffee, brown sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and cinnamon powder to the blender and blend until very smooth and the drink looks frothy on top.
Stove top instructions
Pour the prepared pumpkin drink to a saucepan, heat the mixture while you stir it, so the mixture won't burn at the bottom of the pan.
Once the mixture is almost about to boil, turn off the heat and you may slightly cool down the mixture for about a minute or so, if needed (do not place in the hot stove or the milk can boil over).
Transfer the pumpkin spice latte to a serving coffee mug (while it's still hot), sprinkle with little more cinnamon powder & pumpkin spice powder as you like and serve immediately for best results!
Microwave instructions (easy method)
Pour the pumpkin drink from the blender to a large sized microwave safe coffee mug. Make sure to use a large sized mug so you fill the mug only about half a mug or little more.
It is important not to use a small sized mug becasue if you fill the mug until the brim or almost full, the milk may boil over and cause a mess inside the microwave while you prepare the drink.
It is best to use a large sized coffee mug and fill only about half of the mug or little more, so it won't boil over.
Place the coffee mug inside the microwave and microwave for about one minute and 30 seconds.
Once it is done, gently stir the content once so the heat will be evenly distributed, sprinkle with extra cinnamon powder and pumpkin spice powder as you desire and serve immediately!
Notes: You may also top the pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream if you wish, so the drink will be even more rich!
How to make this pumpkin spice latte without instant coffee powder?
In this recipe, you may use cold brewed coffee if you do not have instant coffee powder.
You may use ½ cup of milk instead of one cup of milk and use ½ cup of cold brewed coffee to use in this recipe!
