Ingredients used
ripe kiwifruits 2 (I used slightly greenish yellow Newzealand kiwi)
sugar 4 to 5 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
lemon juice 2 tablespoons (from about half of a medium sized lemon)
water 2 cups chilled
Step by step instructions
Wash and peel the kiwifruits.
Slice the kiwifruits in cubes.
Add sugar to the sliced kiwi, mix well and add this to a blender.
Also add the lemon juice and water, blend until smooth.
