California blend vegetables is a convenient mix of sliced carrots, broccoli and cauliflower florets mixed together, which you can easily roast or use in other recipes to make a quick vegetable side dish!

lemon juice 1 tablespoon

onion powder ½ teaspoon

garlic powder 1 teaspoon

oil 2 tablespoons

black pepper powder ½ teaspoon (adjust to your preference)

paprika ¼ teaspoon (optional)

Step by step instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, place the frozen mixed vegetables – broccoli, carrots and cauliflower from the California frozen mixed vegetables bag.

Add salt, oil, lemon juice and also all the spices – paprika, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.

Mix everything well until the oil, lemon juice, salt and spices are well combined with the frozen mixed vegetables.
