- Once the potatoes and onions are arranged in the baking sheet, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 22 minutes until the potatoes and onions are well roasted and slightly browned on the edges!
- Once the potatoes and onions are roasted, immediately transfer the baking sheet from the hot oven and allow the roasted potatoes and onions to cool down a bit.
