You may also scrub the potatoes, if needed and then wash the potatoes very well.
However, if there's too much dirt that you don't like keeping the peels, feel free to peel the potatoes before baking them!

salt as needed
garlic powder 2 teaspoons (or fresh garlic minced)
onion powder 1 teaspoon
lemon juice 1 tablespoon
