It is simple to cook and perfect for a delicious lunch or dinner if you don’t want to use regular spaghetti noodles made of wheat semolina flour.

This rice spaghetti noodles looks similar to regular spaghetti noodles and will make a great substitute for wheat spaghetti noodles if you want a gluten free option (this is not a sponsored post).

However, I have used soy sauce in this recipe, which may not be always gluten free.

So if you are looking for a gluten free lunch or dinner, make sure the other ingredients that you are using are also labelled gluten free, since they may not be always gluten free otherwise.
