I used the rice spaghetti noodles from Barilla, which is made of corn and rice as the main ingredients.

It is simple to cook and perfect for a delicious lunch or dinner if you don't want to use regular spaghetti noodles made of wheat semolina flour.

This rice spaghetti noodles looks similar to regular spaghetti noodles and will make a great substitute for wheat spaghetti noodles if you want a gluten free option (this is not a sponsored post).

However, I have used soy sauce in this recipe, which may not be always gluten free.

So if you are looking for a gluten free lunch or dinner, make sure the other ingredients that you are using are also labelled gluten free, since they may not be always gluten free otherwise.

Stir in betweeen using a good spatula so the noodles will not stick to each other.

Once the cooking is done, carefully discard the hot leftover water from the pan (a little leftover water remaining in the pan is fine!).

Add the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil to the drained pasta noodles and mix in to combine with the pasta.

This will help prevent the cooked noodles from sticking to each other.

Meanwhile, in a separate large sized pan, add the frozen peas.

Cook the peas in medium heat until the peas is thawed and the water content is all evaporated.

Add the butter and little salt, and stir fry the peas.

Also add the soy sauce and stir fry the peas for another 1 to 2 minutes.

Add this peas in sauce and butter to cooked spaghetti noodles, stir everything so the noodles is combined with the butter, peas and sauce.

You may slightly break the noodles for easy handling, if you wish!
