Rice Pasta Noodles With Garlic, Butter & Peas
Rice spaghetti noodles with added peas, butter, garlic and other seasonings makes a simple, delicious rice pasta dish perfect for an easy lunch or dinner!
I used the rice spaghetti noodles from Barilla, which is made of corn and rice as the main ingredients.
It is simple to cook and perfect for a delicious lunch or dinner if you don't want to use regular spaghetti noodles made of wheat semolina flour.
This rice spaghetti noodles looks similar to regular spaghetti noodles and will make a great substitute for wheat spaghetti noodles if you want a gluten free option (this is not a sponsored post).
However, I have used soy sauce in this recipe, which may not be always gluten free.
So if you are looking for a gluten free lunch or dinner, make sure the other ingredients that you are using are also labelled gluten free, since they may not be always gluten free otherwise.

How To Make Rice Spaghetti Noodles With Peas, Garlic & Butter?
To make easy rice spaghetti noodles with peas, garlic and butter for a simple lunch or dinner, we use the following ingredients.
ingredients used
rice spaghetti noodles 12 oz (I used gluten free rice and corn spaghetti noodles from barilla)
salt adjust to taste
frozen peas 1 cup
soy sauce ¼ cup (may use gluten free if you wish)
garlic powder 2 teaspoons
onion powder 1 teaspoon
butter 2 tablespoons
olive oil 2 tablespoons
Step by step instructions
Bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to boil in a large saucepan.
Once the water begings to boil, add the spaghetti noodles.
Also add one tablespoon of olive oil and salt as needed, gently mix in.
Cook the spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes to make al dente pasta noodles (or follow the directions in the package if you use a different rice noodles or pasta).
Stir in betweeen using a good spatula so the noodles will not stick to each other.
Once the cooking is done, carefully discard the hot leftover water from the pan (a little leftover water remaining in the pan is fine!).
Add the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil to the drained pasta noodles and mix in to combine with the pasta.
This will help prevent the cooked noodles from sticking to each other.
Meanwhile, in a separate large sized pan, add the frozen peas.
Cook the peas in medium heat until the peas is thawed and the water content is all evaporated.
Add the butter and little salt, and stir fry the peas.
Also add the soy sauce and stir fry the peas for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Add this peas in sauce and butter to cooked spaghetti noodles, stir everything so the noodles is combined with the butter, peas and sauce.
You may slightly break the noodles for easy handling, if you wish!
