In this oven roasted broccoli recipe, I have used only mild seasoning, but you may add more seasoning as you wish.

We use the following ingredients to make simple, easy, delicious and crispy roasted broccoli from fresh broccoli florets.

Ingredients to make roasted fresh broccoli

1 broccoli head medium sized

¼ teaspoon salt (adjust as needed)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons black pepper powder

Step by step instructions

Preheat the oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit.

Wash the broccoli head and separate the florets, preferentially remove the long stalks ( I usually wash the florets once again after the florets are separated).

Transfer the broccoli florets to a large bowl and add the salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Mix well everything so the broccoli florets will nicely coat with the seasoning, let this sit for about 15 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with foil or non slip silicon mat and arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer in the sheet.
