roasting chopped kale leaves in oven:

The most important thing to be cautious about roasting kale is this - the roasted kale in the oven can go from the absolute best, crispy yet flavorful texture to the burnt texture in about a minute time. So please make sure to watch the kale as it get roasted in the oven, as it gets closer to the baking time so the leaves don't get burnt!

I won't say this is my kids' favorite though as they don't prefer the roasted crispy texture of kale leaves and they prefer soft cooked kale leaves in other recipes like this kale chickpea curry or the fresh texture of kale leaves in salads like this kale blueberry watermelon salad! However, if you do like crispy chips like texture for baked kale, do try this easy recipe to make baked curyly kale chips, as they tasted the best, in my opinion!

Adding more flavors like garlic, black pepper or using cheese like parmesan can take it to the next level, though I simply enjoyed this just with salt!
