How to make eggless bisquick banana pancakes at home?

To make eggless bisquick banana pancakes at home, we use the following ingredients.

bisquick pancake mix 5.5 oz (1 package)

bananas 1 large

milk ¾ cup

vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

cinnamon powder ½ teaspoon (optional)

for topping

1 banana sliced in rounds (or more if you like)

pure fresh maple syrup as needed

Step by step instructions

Place the banana in a large bowl and mash it.

Add the bisquick pancake mix (one package) also to the bowl, also add cinnamon powder if using and mix well with the mashed bananas.

Also add the milk and slowly mix in to combine with the flour banana mixture to make the batter.

Make sure there are no dry flour lumps left in the prepared banana pancake batter!

To make the pancakes, heat a skillet or non stick pan and add one ladle of batter.

When bubbles begin to appear on top, carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side too.

You can add little butter or oil as needed to grease the pan or to add more flavor to the pancakes.

Once the other side is also cooked, carefully transfer the prepared pancake to a serving plate.
