I didn't add any frosting to this banana cake, as I made this to be used for snack & breakfast or a quick dessert after dinner.
But you may also add any chocolate frosting like this chocolate cream cheese frosting that goes great with this moist chocolate banana cake.

How To Make Moist Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake?
We use the following ingredients to make moist eggless chocolate banana cake from scratch.

all purpose flour 3.5 cups
cocoa powder ½ cup
baking powder 5 teaspoons
baking soda ¾ teaspoon
sugar 2.5 cups
brown sugar 1 cup
oil 1 cup
milk 1 ¼ cup ( equivalent to 1.25 cups)
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
mashed bananas 4 cups (from about 8 to 10 ripe bananas)
Step By Step Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda until they are combined evenly.
In a different bowl, mix together the oil, milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Also add vanilla extract, mix well.
In a third bowl, mash the bananas and add the brown sugar to the mashed bananas, mix well.
Add the oil, milk & sugar mixture also to the banana and brown sugar mixture, stir to combine.
Pour the prepared banana mixture to the dry flour mixture and stir well to combine.
Make sure there is no dry flour left at the bottom of the bowl.
If needed, you can use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients well.
Now the eggless chocolate banana batter is ready!
To make the chocolate banana cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Prepare two 9 inch cake pans by greasing with little oil and lining with parchment paper.
Pour the chocolate banana cake batter evenly to both the cake pans (half of the batter in the first pan and the second half in the second pan).
Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for about 55 minutes until the cakes are completely cooked and a toothpick inserted at the center of the cakes come out clean!
Transfer the baked cakes immediately from the hot oven and allow the cakes to cool down before you slice and serve!
The eggless chocolate banana cakes are delicious even without frosting, but you may add any frosting if you wish.
