Easy Bisquick Pancakes With Bananas & Cocoa Powder
This simple, easy and fluffy pancakes is made using bisquick all purpose baking mix to which, we also add ripe bananas and cocoa powder.
They make really easy, simple and yummy kid friendly chocolate banana pancakes, that you can quickly make.

Yes! You can add ¾ cup of semi sweet chocolate chips to the pancake batter and mix well before you make the pancakes, to make delicious chocolate chip banana pancakes using bisquick!

How To Make Easy Chocolate Banana Pancakes?
To make chocolate banana pancakes, we use the following ingredients.
ingredients
banana 1 large ripe
bisquick pancake mix 1 package (5.5 oz)
cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
sugar 3 tablespoons
milk 1 cup
butter as needed to grease the pan
Step by step instructions
Place the banana in a large bowl and mash well. Add the milk also to the mashed bananas and stir well to combine.
Add the bisquick pancake mix, sugar and cocoa powder to another large bowl and mix well to combine evenly.
Add the banana milk mixture to the bisquick cocoa mixture slowly and mix together to form the pancake batter without any lumps.
To make the pancakes:
Heat an iron skillet or non stick pan and grease with little butter or oil.
Add one ladle of batter to the hot pan and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes in medium heat until bubbles appear on top.
Carefully flip the pancake (you may add a little more butter or oil if needed, to make the flipping easier) and cook the other side too, for another one more minute until the pancake is completely cooked.
Transfer the prepared pancake to a serving dish.
Similarly cook the remaining pancakes too until the batter is finished.
Serve for breakfast or brunch with maple syrup, fresh sliced bananas, butter or jam etc as you like!
