Berry Cobber Using Frozen Bluerries & Fresh Strawberries & Bisquick Mix

We do not make a traditional biscuit style topping here as the crust is more and soft like the texture of the cake, which is what I usually prefer in my cobblers.

In this easy recipe to make berry cobbler, I used bisquick all purpose baking mix to make an easy batter for the crust, and it turned out perfect and delicious!

If there is any lumps in the batter, the texture of the crust may not be smooth, so make sure there is no lumps in the batter, you may also use a whisk if necessary.

    To bake the cobbler:

Preapare a 9 inch baking pan by greasing with little butter or oil and add the fruit filling.

Using a spoon, arrange the berries in a single layer so the blueberries and strawberries are evenly layered across the pan.

Hi, one individual package of bisquick is what I used that is 5.5 oz which is slightly more than 1/2 cup. If you do not have individual 5.5 oz package, I recommend using 3/4 cup bisquick flour for this recipe. Hope this helps. Thank you.
