How to slice carrots to make sauteed carrots?

It is very easy to slice carrots to make sauteed carrots.

Just slice them into almost evenly sized rounds.

I recommed cutting the carrots in about ¼ inch slices for even and faster cooking of carrots while they can still retain the crunchy texture.

However, it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Even if a few pieces are sliced not very evenly also, its very much fine!

Not necessarily. I prefer to peel the carrots to make these delicious sauteed carrots, but that is just a personal preference.

You can either choose to peel or not to peel the carrots as you want.

If you decide to keep the skin of the carrots, make sure to clean or scrub them well to remove any dirt.
