step by step instructions to make toasted cream cheese corn dip sandwich in oven

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 400 degree fahrenheit.

Step 2 - Prepare a baking sheet for toasting the sandwich, you may line it with a good quality aluminium foil like I did.

Step 3 - Place 2 tablespoons of cream cheese corn dip on one slice and spread it.

Step 4 - Place a cheese slice on top.

Step 5 - Now spread another 2 tablespoons of cream cheese corn dip on the second slice of bread and place this on top of the first bread slice.

Step 6 - Place the second slice of cheese on top and now place the third slice of bread on top. (As you can see, I actually made 2 different sandwiches this way and the seond sandwich had only one layer as I only used two bread slices. This is one advantage of using oven to toast bread or sandwiches, as you can make multiple sandwiches in a single batch! In fact, you can toast about 6 regular sandwiches in a regular baking pan at the same time which saves a lot of time!)

Step 7 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.

Step 8 - After this, carefully flip the sandwich and place back in the oven and bake for another 2 more minutes so both sides of the sandwich are toasted well.

Step 9 - Once this is done, immediately transfer the baking tray from the hot oven so the bread is not burnt.

Step 10 - Serve hot for best results (slice in half for two servings of sandwich), along with fruits, eggs etc as you like!
