For sunny side up egg with yolk intact, continue cooking in low heat (few more seconds) until the white is set and then carefully transfer the fried egg using a silicone spatula to a serving plate.

To make over easy egg, cook until the white is set and then carefully flip the egg and fry for another 5 to 10 seconds, then gently transfer the egg to a serving plate.

To make over medium egg, cook for another one more minute until the yolk is slightly more set than over easy egg (so the yolk is slightly runny but not as much runny like over easy) and then carefully flip the egg and cook for another 10 seconds. Once it is done, carefully flip the egg and lightly fry the other side of the egg too.

Transfer the fried egg to a serving dish.

Once the fried egg is transferred to the serving dish, sprinkle with seasonings like black pepper or any seasoning as you wish!
