    Easy balsamic flavored vegetable medley recipe using a bag of mixed vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower florets and baby carrots! This simple and easy vegetable medley is prepared on stove top using a large frying pan and it's sauteed to perfect so the texture is crunchy and the dish is delicious! Once cooked, you can add some more seasoning or any sauce as you wish!

    Vegetable medley is simply a dish made using mixed vegetables which is often served as an appetizer or side dish. You can make them sauteed, stir fried, oven roasted or you can even cook them in instant pot if you want a quick, easy vegetable dish.

    You can make vegetable medley by using a bag of mixed veggies or you can just use whatever vegetables you like!

    In this recipe, we use a bag of broccoli and cauliflower florets and also baby carrots.

    how to cook vegetable medley on stove top using mixed veggies?

    We use the following ingredients to make easy vegetable medley that also taste good!

    • mixed vegetables 32 oz (broccoli, cauliflower florets, baby carrots)
    • salt adjust to taste
    • garlic powder 2 teaspoons
    • oil ¼ cup
    • balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
    • soy sauce 2 teaspoons
    • paprika 1 teaspoon

    step by step instructions

    • Place the washed vegetables (diced if not using already diced and ready to cook) in a large skillet or frying pan.

    • Add oil, salt, garlic powder, mix well with the vegetables. Cook in high heat for about 2 minutes.
    • Add paprika and mix well with the vegtables.

    • Cover the skillet with lid and cook in low heat for another 2 to 3 minutes until done. The vegetables should be lightly cooked but still crunchy in texture for best taste, so make sure not to overcook!

    • Open the lid, add the remaining ingredients - balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, and mix well to combine with the vegetables.
    • Saute the vegetable in high heat for another one minute, transfer to seving dish and enjoy while it's still warm for the best results!
    • Add more seasoning if desired!
