    We use garlic to flavor the sauteed broccoli and we use garlic powder in this recipe but you may use garlic sauce or fresh garlic as well.

    salt adjust to taste

    olive oil 2 tablespoons

    garlic powder 1 teaspoon

    Step by step instructions

    Place the broccoli florets (washed and cleaned but make sure it's dry) in a large frying pan or skillet.

    Add olive oil and enough salt, cook in medium heat for about one minute.

    Add garlic powder also to the pan, stir the contents very well to coat with the broccoli, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

    Stir again and saute the broccoli for another 1 to 2 minutes until the broccoli is well sauteed and lightly browned on edges but still crunchy in texture!
