Can blueberry smoothie curdle?

If you keep the smoothie for longer in room temperature, the smoothie may curdle, especially when you use regular milk.

Blueberry smoothies thicken very fast and also form like jelly like in texture if sits for longer time.

Since we also used bananas, slight discoloration can also happen if it sits for long!

So it is always best to enjoy the smoothie as soon as it is made.

How to store blueberry smoothie?

As I mentioned, it is best to serve the smoothie as soon as it is made.

However, if you want to save it for later, make sure to store in containers or jars and keep refrigerated unti ready to serve.

Just before serving, you will need to stir the smoothie very well.

For best results, you may blend it again until smooth once you are ready to serve.

You may keep this refriegerated for about 1 to 2 days.

For longer storage, you may transfer the smoothie to ice cube trays and store in the freezer for longer time.
